How to Use Nose Glow ENT + Oral Care Multi-Tool

Quick answer

Use the Nose Glow multi-tool daily for gentle ENT and oral care, following the step-by-step routine below to maintain cleanliness and comfort.

Step-by-step usage guide

1. Clean the tool: Rinse the Nose Glow multi-tool with warm water and mild soap before first use and after each session. Dry thoroughly. A clean tool prevents introducing bacteria to sensitive areas.
2. Start with nasal care: Gently insert the rounded tip into one nostril, angling slightly inward. Breathe through your mouth and move the tool in a small circular motion for 10-15 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Do not force the tip; if you feel resistance, adjust the angle.
3. Move to ear care: Using the opposite end or a dedicated ear tip, gently trace the outer ear canal without inserting deep. Focus on the visible area only. Never insert the tool deep into the ear; stop at the first sign of discomfort.
4. Address throat and oral care: Use the flat edge to gently scrape the tongue from back to front, then massage the roof of the mouth and inner cheeks with light pressure. Avoid scraping too hard on the tongue to prevent irritation.
5. Finish and store: Rinse the tool again with warm water, dry completely, and store in a clean, dry place. Moisture can promote mold; always store dry.
